I am Fr. Kyle Schnippel and currently am the Director of Vocations for the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. I believe there is a tide of vocations to the priesthood and religious life waiting to happen, and as the faithful continue to grow in their own pursuit of holiness, these vocations will flourish.

Let's just say: been there, done that, terrible results. Hence I could never join the CFR's!
If any other visitors would like to read more about Fr. Boniface and the Benedictine Brothers of St. Vincent's, this is his website: Fr. Boniface. If the beard is intimidating, don't worry it's not part of their habit, but something Boniface does special.
Father is a great friend and a great priest. He made quite an impact while double duty-ing as a priest and graduate student at Penn State!
Another interesting fact: the young man receiving the sacrament of reconciliation is actually in seminary right now near Harrisburg PA.
