It is the main altar of the Basilica of St. Francis Xavier in Dyersville, Iowa, just west of Dubuque.

Cool obrellino in the sanctuary.
It stays down, but not closed, unless the pope shows up. Then it gets opened all the way.
They can be used for Eucharistic processions also, in lieu of a canopy.
