Don't Blame me!

for the embarrassingly bad loss by the Bengals to the Lions! All I did was say Mass for the Lions, but there were only a handful there, and only one player. I take no responsibility!

(But I did get a set of tickets to the game [I think my room at the Cathedral was closer to the field than the seats I had], nearly impossible to find someone to go with, tho!)

At least the Reds pulled out a win, and high school football is starting up!

Well, that was it you said mass for them... now if I could just find someone to say mass for the 'Skins we might have a winning season...

I think my co-worker would like it if you said Mass for the Packers...

And, when winter rolls around, will you say Mass for the US ski team? They could use the help!

Do we hear BROWNS anyone?

Oh, that's right...you're the OTHER team from Ohio... LOL

As B. said when we had lunch in Little Italy, maybe you should hear confessions for the Bengals before the game! That might really help.

You know...I'm just wondering if you're a fan of the Milwaukee BREWERS?

You could bless their beer for them. (Although I wouldn't...it's like water..)

I had a mini batting helmet from the Brewers in my classroom while teaching. (went to a game at Miller Park and got the Cheesy Fries, yummy!)

Batting helmet? LOL

To be used by you or the students???

uhmmm... on second thought, I'm not sure I really want to know... LOL

LM:

You're thinking in too grand of terms, this was more along the lines of the cheapo plastic version you'd get out of a gumball machine than a real batting helmet. It was about the size of two hands cupped together.

I don't know... I had a H.S. teacher who threw erasers at the students from behind. Gotta 'chalk' one up for those 'erasable moments' lol
*sheepish grin*

Just as long as you don't do any 'drawrings.' (SNL humor there)

Perfect size then!?

*ducking the flying brivery*

Couldn't resist...

You all are a BAD influence on me...

Kat ~ I think Father gets bored if he doesn't have people to spar with. :-)

You just have to know the rules...um...what are they again?
